Here are the requirements I'm looking for in anyone interested on RPing Level 4 characters:
I must know you're a good RPer. Meaning I'll probably give preference to my friends than to new people I've just met. You can progress to being a Level 4 Patient or Nurse later on if there are still positions open. I will personally ask you if I think you worthy or you can PM for an evaluation. Check Below for the form.
Your character must have severe cases of mulitple disorders. Some good ones (just as suggestions) that might qualify (especially if put together) are: mulitple manias and phobias put together, schizophrenia, suicidal depression, severe ADD and ADHD with any of the above, and there are many more.
You must realize that if you're a patient the only ones you'll be RPing with is other patients and the nurses and doctors that are allowed in the basement. Because of this I'm allowing anyone who is a level 4 patient or nurse to have two characters on their account.
This second character CANNOT have access to Level 4. We need a variety of RPers on Level 4 seeing as we only have a total of maybe 11 people at the most allowed on the level.
All posts must be over 2000 characters and four decent-sized paragraphs long. That does not mean you wait until you hit under 8000 characters remaining and then stop. Write as many as you can over that to win points with me. Remember limited interaction with people here, so we need more
You must tell me if you're going to be absent. I don't care if it's for two days or not. I know some people have lives but what about those of us who don't? By that second day you'll be so far behind it isn't funny.
Nurses won't have limited interaction because face it; they're nurses. Level 4 will be the only level they are nurses on. They are always on Level 4, 24/7/365 except for when the doctors are visiting the patients, then they go for a break. This means they have no lives, but they do have cots in the nurse's station
Two nurses must remain awake at all times. Meaning two have night duty and two have day duty. This can be switched.
NEW RULE. Certain cases are allowed out two or three hours every week to walk around. If your charries' good enough, he/she may even be allowed out without a nurse to follow them around.

Here's a suggestion; I'm judging 90% of this off of your answers to the questions. Most people will answer these with the same style as they write with. Meaning the more detailed you are, the better off you'll be. I know there's a lot of questions on top of writing your bio, but get used to it. Also you must have your bio up before PMing me with this.
